There are different types of raisins, but what we offer is according to the needs of our customers to export to Eurasian countries and the European Union. The primary amounts of exported raisins of SunLiv are Sultanas–Brown raisin-(treated with sulfur dioxide/ sulfur-free) and golden raisins.Raisins are soaked in vegetable oils at the customer’s request for more extended durability. Depending on the type, SunLiv’s raisins are prepared from Malayer, Qazvin, Malekan, Kashmar, … vineyards.
Sultana Dark Brown Raisins are dried Seedless grapes, also know as Seedless Dark Thompson. They are used widely in the bread industry, cake and pastry bakeries, cereal producers, and the dairy industry.
Golden raisins are generally dried in dehydrators with controlled temperature and humidity, which allows them to retain a lighter color and more moisture. Therefore, they are fruity and tangy.
Sultana Light Brown Raisin are dried Seedless grapes, also know as Malayer Raisin. As it is clear from its name the color of this raisin is light brown. They are very sweet and similar in flavor to honey.
